An online store that sells without a marketplace taking a cut

For brands and small retailers selling directly: catalogue, cart, payments, delivery and an admin panel you can run from a phone. Built to look like your brand, not like a template — six to nine weeks.

  • from $5,500
  • 6–9 weeks
  • First concept in 5 business days
  • Fixed quote before the build

Who this is for

  • You sell on a marketplace or through direct messages and want your own storefront with your own margin.
  • Your products need art direction — a default theme makes them look cheaper than they are.
  • You need to manage stock, prices and promo codes yourself, daily, without asking a developer.
  • You are moving from a template store that cannot express the brand or handle your catalogue.

What you get

  • Catalogue architecture: categories, filters, product attributes, related items
  • Custom design for the storefront, product page and checkout — the three screens that decide the sale
  • Cart and checkout tuned for the fewest steps that still collect what you need
  • Payment and delivery integration on the platform we choose together
  • Promo codes, stock handling and order statuses
  • An admin panel you run yourself, tested on a phone because that is where you will use it
  • Order notifications where you read them: email, messenger or CRM
  • Analytics with ecommerce events, plus SEO structure for product and category pages

What it does not include

  • Product photography and retouching — the store is only as good as the images, so budget for this separately
  • Writing product descriptions at volume
  • Migrating thousands of SKUs by hand (bulk import is quoted by catalogue size)
  • Warehouse, accounting or ERP systems beyond a standard integration

How it runs

Discovery

1 week

Catalogue size, attributes, payment and delivery reality, who edits what. Output: platform recommendation, structure, scope, fixed quote.

Design

2–3 weeks

Storefront, category, product and checkout templates as a design system, then the supporting pages.

Build

3–4 weeks

Development, catalogue setup, payments, delivery, admin panel, notifications, performance.

QA and launch

1 week

Test orders end to end on real devices, payment and refund paths, analytics, then handover with a walkthrough of your admin panel.

  • Fixed scope and fixed price agreed before the build starts
  • A defined number of revision rounds — no vague “unlimited”
  • 50% deposit on small projects, milestone payments on larger ones
  • Full rights, source files and accounts transfer on final payment

Questions

Which platform will you use?

It depends on the catalogue and how custom the experience needs to be. Up to about fifty products with standard payments runs well on a ready platform — that is the from $5,500 Base package. Filters, promo codes, CRM and several hundred products move to Standard; custom checkout, several markets or currencies to Premium. You get the recommendation with reasons before you pay.

Can I add products myself?

Yes, from any device, including your phone. Adding products, changing prices and stock, publishing promo codes and processing orders are all yours. I hand over a walkthrough recorded on your own store.

How do payments work?

The store integrates with the payment provider available in your country — that is your merchant account, in your name, with money going directly to you. I set up the integration and test the full path, including a refund.

Do I need photography first?

You need it before launch, not before we start. Design begins with placeholders and a shot list of what the layout requires, so the photography session produces exactly the images the store needs.

What happens after launch?

A store is not a one-off delivery: stock, seasons and campaigns keep changing. A care plan from $500 a month covers monitoring, updates, new sections and conversion work. It is optional and not a condition of handover.
