Terms of service.

Important legal note
This is an English explanation of Marianna Melnikova's standard working terms. International projects use a written quote or Statement of Work that defines scope, currency, milestones and payment method. Where Russian consumer or contract law applies, the Russian original is the binding version.
1. Provider and contact
Marianna Melnikova, self-employed web designer and developer.
Email: workvinil@mail.ru · Telegram: @workvinil
2. Services and scope
Services may include research, information architecture, interface design, no-code or custom-coded website development, ecommerce, integrations, quality assurance, launch support and maintenance. The exact deliverables and exclusions are listed in the written quote accepted before work starts.
3. Price and payment
Website prices are starting estimates rather than fixed public offers. A project price is confirmed after scoping. Small projects normally use a 50% deposit and 50% before handover; larger projects may use milestone payments. The accepted quote takes precedence over these general terms.
4. Schedule and client materials
The schedule begins when the deposit and required materials are received. Delayed content, feedback, approvals or payments move the delivery date by the corresponding period. Any priority or rush work must be agreed in writing before it starts.
5. Revisions and changes
The quote defines the included revision rounds. A request that changes the approved concept, adds pages or functionality, or falls outside the written scope is priced and scheduled as a change request before implementation.
6. Handover and intellectual property
The production site, agreed source files and account access are handed over after full payment. Rights to the custom deliverables transfer as stated in the quote. Third-party fonts, images, plugins and services remain subject to their own licences. Reusable tools and components remain Marianna's property unless the Statement of Work says otherwise.
7. Cancellation
A deposit reserves production time and covers work already started. If a project is cancelled, work completed and non-refundable third-party costs are payable. The specific cancellation arrangement in the accepted quote takes precedence.
8. Responsibility and third-party services
No specific level of sales, traffic or search ranking is guaranteed. Availability of hosting, payment, messaging and other third-party services is controlled by their providers. Liability for a project is limited as described in the accepted contract and applicable law.
9. Questions and disputes
Questions should first be raised in writing by email or Telegram. The parties will try to resolve any disagreement through written negotiation before using the formal process set out in the contract and applicable law.
